Mohibullah Utmankhil

Mohibullah Utmankhil has a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from University of Kabul and currently pursuing his Masters in India. He has been teaching Information Technology subjects in Information Technology Center of Kabul University (ITCK), Kabul Polytechnic Community College, Azeraksh Computer Institute and Afghan Information Technology Institute (AITI) for several years. Beside his academic career, Mr. Mohibullah has great achievements working as IT officer at Cross Logistics Services Company and senior IT administrator at ITCK. Mr. Utmankhil represented NTIPAA and Afghanistan in inSIG2016 and ICANN 57 meeting held in Hyderabad, as fellow in ICANN60 held in UAE and as fellow in APAN45 held in Singapore. He is also member of the program committee of the AfSIG.
He member of NITPAA executive management since 2016, beside representing the community in different events He also participated actively in organizing the AfSIG2017. He believe by volunteering and adapting the practices to behavioral and technological trends we can respond to today’s rapid change. NITPAA as an IT professional’s community, from its beginning up to present has effective role in capacity building and representing Afghanistan’s IT community in the regional and International events. By joining NITPAA's board of trusty, beside cooperating NITPAA team to fulfill the community's objectives and achieve the strategic goals, He will endeavor to contribute by having capacity building programs for school children and orphanage kids.


Ahmad Waleed Khaliqi

Mr. Khaliqi is expecting his bachelor's degree in Computer Science in mid-2017 from a leading private university in Kabul. He is certified in MCITP and has academic qualifications in CCNA, CCNP and CCIP. He has Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), Diploma in Business Administration (DBA) and Diploma in Accounting (DIA). While doing his degree courses, He is also a full time employee of Afghan Ministry of Information and Culture as an IT officer and has several years of professional experience with his current employer Bakhtar News Agency as senior IT officer and web Administrator. He writes articles for media and has great skills in online/offline journalism and blogging. Mr. Ahmad Waleed represented NITPAA and Afghanistan at India School of Internet Governance and ICANN 57 in Oct-Nov 2016 in India. Mr. Ahmad Waleed joined NITPAA back in 2015 as a regular member but, in a short period of time he was able to make it to NITPAA executive board. His passion for ICT, and commitment, dedication and immense achievements in executive board were visible to all and soon he was appointed as chair of NITPAA Public Awareness Committee by NITPAA leadership. In an early election by NITPAA main and executive boards’ members Mr. Khaliqi was elected as president of NITPAA for the year 2017.
